Job Information:

Full time, 1-3 years of experience, New Cairo, 5^th settlement

Job Description:

• Draft all preliminary and detailed Feasibility studies for all projects. 
• Prepare sales rollout for all projects. 
• Produce marketing materials, annex and all work needed sketches in house.
• Draft RFPs for projects, contracts for design consultants, coordinating between consultants for all projects.
• Collaborate with design department, ensuring efficient project execution & oversee project timelines and milestones, ensuring progress according to assigned schedules.
• Conduct site visits as required, to assess project progress.
• Ensure all project-related documentation is accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
• Coordinate between all internal departments i.e. (Design, Sales, Marketing, Operation, PMO, CRM) 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering.
• Proficient in MS. Office.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Strong visual awareness and an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication.
• Excellent presentation skills.
